About Luke A Roughley
Luke A Roughley is an independent journalist, media entrepreneur, and spiritual truth-seeker dedicated to helping people awaken, heal, and reconnect with what matters most.
As the founder of the Australian Free Independent Press Network (AFIPN), Luke became a leading voice in independent media during the censorship of the COVID era. Under his guidance, AFIPN built a reputation for fearless reporting, livestreaming protests and events nationwide, and protecting the work of citizen journalists when mainstream outlets looked away. His innovative approach allowed Australians to access real, unfiltered coverage at a time when truth was hard to find.
Beyond journalism, Luke has launched a family of projects under the Ilumaura Group banner. These include:

Once a political activist and party leader, he now walks a broader path that combines investigative truth-telling with inner transformation. He believes awakening the collective starts with individual healing, and his work reflects this balance between truth and spirit.
At his core, Luke is a father, an empath, and a visionary who has dedicated his life to building platforms that give others a voice. Whether reporting breaking news, writing about spirituality, or creating music infused with light codes, he carries the same mission: to empower people to see clearly, live authentically, and rise above systems of control.
